Joseph Cacace

From 1988 to 1991, was an Associate Producer for "The Criterion Collection" where he worked on such Laserdiscs as Scorsese's "Taxi Driver", "Close Encounters of the Third Kind", Lean's "Lawrence of Arabia", Tati's "Mon Oncle" and Hitchcock's "Rebecca" and "Notorious". Now an Executive Chef , he has appeared on NBC's "Today Show" 8/2003 making Gourmet Quesadillas with Lester Holt.
