Janet Grainger is a visual artist with a background in traditional 2d animation.
She has worked on award winning advertising, short films and feature films. The Irish Times featured her animation and motion graphics in a four star review of the interactive play 'Seahorse' by Christiane O'Mahony citing it as "cleverly deployed but never fully exploited." Her directorial debut short film 'Outside the Box' screened globally on the Film Festival circuit, generating a semi-finalist at The New York Animation Film Awards, it won Best Art Direction and Design at Animation Dingle and was nominated for Best Animated Short at The Irish Film & Television Awards.
Janet continues to work in the Animation Industry as well independent projects.
