Frank was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, on May 19th, 1982. He has an older
sister, Ophelia, who is five years older. Frank was raised Catholic,
and still maintains his religious affiliation to this day.
Frank started school at the Whitby School, a well-known Montessori school in Greenwich. He later attended the Plumfield School, where he completed his elementary level education. In sixth grade, Frank transferred to the King & Low-Heywood Thomas School of Stamford, Connecticut. He remained at KLHT through high school, and graduated in 2000.
Frank went to college at Franklin and Marshall in Pennsylvania, where he majored in English. Following graduation, Frank moved with his girlfriend to Los Angeles. Franked worked for several companies, including Abercrombie & Fitch before changing industries and working for Gurney Productions.
Frank was an avid soccer player in his youth, competing at the high school and college levels. His soccer career ended after a serious injury to his thigh. Frank also excelled at martial arts, where he studied Tang Su Do, eventually attaining his red belt.
As of 2007, Frank lives in Beverly Hills with his girlfriend Brett Miller.
