Previously, O'Neil served as an executive producer on Genie starring Melissa McCarthy and Paapa Essediu for Working Title Films and Universal - the film is Peacock's biggest opening original film to date. She also executive produced Darren Le Gallo's directorial feature debut Sam and Kate starring Dustin Hoffman, Sissy Spacek, Jake Hoffman and Schuyler Fisk.
O'Neil began her career as an agent trainee in the mailroom of United Talent Agency immediately upon graduating from college. From the mailroom, she worked her way up to an assistant and later started the talent division at The Firm where she became a partner. O'Neil then joined Brillstein Entertainment Partners starting their first full-service New York office where she was part of their leadership for over a decade.
O'Neil was named by The Hollywood Reporter as one of the 100 Most Powerful Women in Entertainment. This follows her last honor when she was named part of the Top 30 Under 30 executive list earlier in her career.
