Veronica Orosco a.k.a Veronica Pierce comes to us from San Antonio,
Texas. She currently holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and is
halfway through the completion of her Masters in Management.
Her interests include current membership in the 501st Legion as a cosplayer, visiting comic cons all over the US and enjoying life. Veronica is a huge Star Wars fan and being a part of this incredible organization that gives back by helping to raise funds for worthy causes such as March of Dimes and Lymphoma and Leukemia Society gives her an opportunity to do what she loves as a cosplayer as well be a part of a great charitable organization that gives back to the community. Her hobbies are being anywhere with her 3 children, being the best mother and wife she can be, as well as keep improving on her acting and modeling skills.
Her first short film Puro San Antonio by Noi Mahoney was her first stab in the independent film arena and others quickly followed. She has had many opportunities since then and has earned several film credits to include work on "Bernie" with Jack Black and Shirley McClain and "Mission Park" with Jesse Borrego. She earned her SAG/AFTRA Eligibility working with director Fred Copeland in Los Angeles on his Destiny of the Journeys series. Her latest short film "The Symphony of Silence" has won Best LGBT Short at the South Texas Underground Film Festival as well as the Grand Jury Prize at the San Antonio Local Film Festival. Veronica has since worked on ABC's The Lying Game and My Generation in Austin, Texas to add to her budding acting career. She had a small role as a waitress in her first TV Pilot by newcomer director LaMarcus Tinker from "Glee" entitled "Under Nitrous" now in post-production. She was also cast in a faith based feature film entitled "No Way Out" by Gordon Pictures that has wrapped and set to be released 2014. She has done voice-over work for a local dating company and just completed a commercial for Alamo Federal Credit Union with more commercial work on the horizon.
Veronica has been showcased in many runway shows on the modeling side and done promotional modeling for local companies in San Antonio. She enjoys photo shoots and being behind the camera for local designers and photographers as a model, but nothing compares to the ease of showcasing the actress within. Her talents along with her unique exotic look grabbed the attention of Rome Talent Agent Annette Romo Schaeffer whom she signed with as soon as they could get her on board. Veronica shows no signs of slowing down with her latest project "Age of Origins" as Executive Producer as well as one of the lead actors in the film. Through her continued success in film, modeling and community service, she is helping to bring awareness to the San Antonio film community in a big way.
