Lauren Garroni(II)

Lauren Garroni is a writer, director, and producer based in Los Angeles. She began her writing career while still in college writing for Blackbook and Nylon Magazine. Her work has always straddled the worlds of traditional and digital media. She most recently directed the series Lonely Woman for YouTube in partnership with the Geena Davis Institute and the United Nations. As well as completed her latest short film Boomerang Kids, currently touring festivals. When not writing or directing, she runs the wildly popular fashion satire Instagram Every Outfit on Sex and the City which boasts nearly 300,000 followers. It's success has spawned a merchandise line, two book deals, and a Shorty Award nomination. Her digital media work has been featured in Slate, Huffington Post, Refinery29, Funny or Die, Paper Magazine, Above Average, People, USA Today and her comedy shorts have garnered millions of views. She is currently in pre-production on her first feature film and writing her first book, a satirical look at red carpet fashions.
