Eric Wolf is an Actor, Writer, Director and Executive Producer. After decades as an IT multimedia technologist and innovator, he began writing music and screenplays. In 2011, he finally decided to step out from behind the camera onto the stage, leading the blues fusion band "Ric Mysterie". In 2013, he produced the band's first album "Up All Night", for which he wrote all original music.
It was at that time that Eric also decided to produce music videos and record live performances. After his second album "Let's Go For A Ride" (also all original music), he transitioned from producing music videos to short films. The 2017 award winning short "She Came From the Woods" propelled Eric into feature film.
In 2019, he wrote and produced the feature film "A Deadly Legend", a campy horror film in which he played the role of Murdering Mike Renfield, a possessed beer swizzling construction worker. In 2020, "A Deadly Legend" achieved global distribution and can be viewed on Amazon Prime, Tubi, and dozens of platforms world-wide. He has since been an executive producer for multiple feature films.
In 2023, he wrote a limited series about troubled teens sent to "therapeutic" boarding schools. These institutions have been infamous for their physical, mental and sexual abuse of students. It is a fictional drama inspired by real events.
He continues to act, produce and support local theater.
