It is a very tender little story which I review now. A fifty years olf woman comes back to her village after a long absence. It is sweet, full of good feelings without being cheesy nor lame. Typical French stuff destined to home audiences. Simple but poignant situations, scenes, where audiences could easily recognize themselves in. A simple story so close to people, rural or small town community: gossips, greed, envy. It is never boring and it will please to those who crave for countryside stories. Bittersweet without being totally gloomy, I will keep a good memory of this pretty good gripping little film.
