Kuu Kuu Harajuku is a fun, fast paced show that has a respect for its audience by not being too much in their faces. The show has a very interesting premise, about a group of pop artist and their manager going on kawaii adventures (pun intended). Creative stories like this remind me of the underrated Canadian show, Grojband, it is debatable if this show falls in that category. What's great about this show is a few of the characters. G is the main character, she is a unique and memorable leader, and I honestly do like how she helps her teammates in a calm manner. Out of the other characters, 3 of them stick out to me as absolutely great characters: General No Fun is the anti-fun Nazi that is surprisingly really funny by how childish and comedic he can be. Chuy is the Boo-parodying Pomerania, seems sometimes to me as like a good image to G. The final one is the bubble wizard, Madame Shhhh, she gets some laughs mainly when she uses her jokes or tricks on some of the Harajuku girls. The other characters of the show I honestly think are OK, that includes the manager guy named Rudie, I mainly have seen him as witty comic relief, but he isn't a bad character. There is even that Zoo Keeper guy, who is also an OK character, especially being picky of G's friends, he can honestly be a little bit of a jerk. Something that I somewhat had a problem with in this show is that the the people can't stand this show. Like Ricky Sprocket, Planet Sheen and Breadwinners, I love them but people takes them WAY to seriously to the point where they had to treat them like the worst things they saw in their lives. However, the writers do sometimes a good job at making a different way of looking at these clichés and jokes by following the good stories that they write for the show. One final note that I have is the animation of the show, it is fast paced and it seems to fit the show's characters and premise decently. Overall, The Loud House is a good show(not great) that is worth checking out if you have interest.
