The only star to come back from the original was character actor Frank Pecse. In the original Midnight Run he played one of Marvin Dorfler's bounties named Carmine in a very small bit role. In this sequel he once again plays a minor small role as another Bounty but with a different name of Vito.
In Raging Bull, Cathy Moriarty played Jake LaMotta's (Robert DeNiro) wife, Vickie LaMotta.
