For many hundreds of years, the blue gnomes have lived according to the old laws and rules in Blåfjell. In Bygda, they get a new rule - about what to do with the rubbish.
Now things are boiling in both Bygda and Blåfjell. Bluemother and Bluefather put everything imaginable into the big pot, but it doesn't turn out the way they want.
Every day in December Bluemother and Bluefather make "The Blue Hour", and then the mountain opens up so all the blue gnomes can go out. But today, surely something is wrong?
