- A hitman named Kai (Mark Dacascos) flies into Bangkok, gets a gun, and orders a cab. He offers a professional female driver, Fha, $6,000 to be his all-night driver. The first stop is at a lawyer that Kai shoots with a silencer. He stays in her office to make it appear he's having a meeting with her. He then leaves and tells the secretary that he wants a pink taxi and he's staying at a specific hotel.
The second stop he tells Fha is a police station. He goes to an apartment and has a brief fight with the occupant, who is a police officer. He overpowers the occupant and shoots him. He then goes to the bedroom and finds a red toolbox under the bed. He opens it. Inside is a lot of money and what appears to be files. He looks for a specific file and then leaves.
Meanwhile, an offbeat police detective races to decode the string of slayings before more blood is spilled.
They stop at a local food cart that is Fha's favorite. Kai tells Fha that he had a daughter who had come to Bangkok with her family and was in an accident. They all died. Fha tells Kai that her family also died when a drunk driver killed them.
The police officer goes to the second murder scene. He gets information there's been a third murder at the club.
The next stop is at a club where Kai goes into the bathroom. Two men come into the bathroom and one goes into a stall with a girl while the other waits for him. Kai takes the guy waiting down and opens the stall where the man and woman are. The woman runs away and Kai asks the man if he remembers killing a family with his Porsche. The scared young man says yes. Kai kills him and leaves.
They start to drive to a hospital. Fha sees the gun and is scared. Kai tells her that he does not want to kill her. She asks why he's been killing people. He says that his daughter and granddaughter were killed in Bangkok and all of the people he's killed were involved in the accident and getting the driver off. Fha was the driver of the vehicle Kai's family was killed. Kai specifically wanted her to be his driver as he was going to kill her first. She asks why he didn't kill her and he told her the cross hanging from the rear-view mirror stopped him.
At the hospital, there is a couple arguing about their son who is in the hospital. The father is in the room when Kai enters the hospital room along with an associate. He then kills the father, the associate, and the son.
Meanwhile, Fha leaves the hospital and drives away.
The police officer's wife tells the police officer that the lawyer and dead police officer worked together on several cases. The official story of the accident that killed Kai's daughter and granddaughter was the son-in-law was driving and went the wrong way, straight into traffic which caused the deadly crash. The police officer is at the hospital and sees Kai. Kai takes a nurse as a hostage and the police officer and Kai have a discussion. The police officer's partner comes up behind and shoots at Kai hitting the nurse. Kai shoots back and hits the partner. Then Kai runs away. He's been shot - a through and through.
Fha calls Kai and she comes back for him. Kai gets in the car and Fha tells him to stay low as there are police all over. Fha says Kai needs to get help with his injuries. Kai says he can't go to the hospital as the police office figure out who the last person is Kai needs to kill.
The police officer is at the hospital where his wife and baby show up. The talk about the last target. The wife tells him about Fha picking up a passenger and that she turned off the app so they can't track her. The wife tells her husband that Kai served in two wars and then not so much as a traffic ticket. That Kai is a father just like him.
Fha takes Kaito to a deserted roadway where she sews the injury. Kai asks why did she come back. Fha said she wanted to right the wrong she did. She made a bad choice and had to live with the consequences. Kai tells her she didn't have a choice. They paid her off where she used the money to buy a car and pay her brother's hospital expenses. They had her say she wasn't the one driving and she knew if she didn't do it they would kill her. Fha tells that she worked in hospitality and had been offered money to sleep with customers but she didn't take the money. Kai was the first man that gave her respect for what she did.
He gives her the bag and says there is cash inside as well as a hard drive with his life savings in bitcoins. Over a million dollars. He says the last target is the most difficult to reach. He may not survive and even if he does, he'll go to prison. Kai tells her to take her brother and the money and get passports and go to a country that doesn't speak Thai.
Fha drives him to the last target. The target is Japanese and he's a fixer. Hid a body. Fix it when someone kills someone else in a traffic accident. Kai had hired him to set up the night. The gun. The locations of the targets. So Kai must now kill him.
While in the car, Fha asks Kai to take her and her brother to Hawaii. They could go fishing. Kai says that would be nice but says goodbye in Thai and leaves the car. Kai scopes out the protection and begins to kill them. He gets an automatic weapon and takes all of them down. He calls out to the Japanese fixer and tells him to come out and face him like a man. He comes out. Tells him that he admires what Kai has done. Kai said he hasn't finished and the fixer said he hadn't started and he hadn't killed anyone in some time. Kai runs at him and the Japanese fixer shoots him. He throws the gun away and they begin to fight. Kai is knocked to the ground. Fha comes to his aid. The Japanese fixer says he's going to shoot them both. He aims at Fha and then is shot by the police officer. Kai apologizes for killing his partner and that the nurse was killed. He says that Fha had nothing to do with it, that he forced her to drive him.
Kai has a last request. You see Fha driving the dying Kai. He is seeing himself back in Hawaii by the ocean that he walks into and looks at the sky. Kai has the cross around her neck. Kai had driven him to the ocean where he died.
