Landman

This show reminded me so much of Saturday Night Lights and Yelllowstone (but an oilfield version rather). The first episode started a bit slow but quickly grabbed my attention halfway through. It is so good and I believe it is going to get very popular. Billy Bob Thornton is magnificent as per usual. He is one of those actors that really can do any role and make it his own. Not sure why they call it Landman really. I think a better title would have grabbed people's attention more but then again Yellowstone is not that great of a title either and it managed to go big. I hope we have many more season ahead that are not years apart. This show is going to be ratings gold for MTV.
