Kubbra Sait almost had to be recast due to an arm injury just before the shoot began. Her scenes were filmed with her arm in limited positions to accommodate the injury. Throughout the movie, her left arm remains mostly static due to this injury.
Freddie Love, who plays the character Quinn, is the first non-binary person cast in an Indian movie and Quinn is the first non-binary character to be written in an Indian movie.
