A Brilliant Historical Journey through the Impact of the Bible on Literacy and Truth.

This was a surprising and delightful gem. Very professionally produced with stunning imagery, and well-matched soundtrack and commentary by knowledgeable historians.

Jordan Peterson is the "questioner" and he asks the questions that the viewer would want to ask, and he summarizes the answers with thoughtful reflections.

We walk through the foundations of written word, where the Cuneiform carved into stone in Ancient Mesopotamia through to the Jewish traditions of written scrolls of the Torah develop into repeated and copied written word.

Then we follow the intellectual revolutions that occurred with the Gutenberg bible through to the King James Bible translation.

The documentary shows the impact of the Bible on societies, science and human flourishing. My only criticism would be that I want to hear more!
