This mini-series is a choral story, as the French movie industry knows so well how to do it, especially for dramas. This one shows many fates which cross, many lives, many characters whose paths finally collide. That's not a comedy but a drama with some crime lines, but that's not a thriller. It is too complicated to summarize, even for myself, but believe me, it is fairly done, with much accuracy. But I don't think the bulk of the audiences could appreciate this little gem. You have not big stars in this series, but the characterization is perfect, convincing, and I don't even speak of the screenplay. Several writers have been hired to put it down, I am sure of it. You can't be drunk to write such a complicated story, especially the editing.
