An ode to the days when life was simple & stress-free, friendships were real and love was raw & immature. The cast has done a good job to make this an authentic & relatable journey of your school days.
While you can't say it is a perfect treat one could have asked for, it is a really well attempted school life drama from 1990s set up in Jamshedpur school. You'll be able to revisit your 'school ke din' by witnessing this tale of school love & friendships.
The movie has been released after getting delayed for almost 11 years. Rohit Saraf, Adarsh Gourav & Sanjana Sanghi were quite young then & look very much believable as school kids. Sajid Ali has been able to strike a chord with the millennials.

This movie is a delightful reminder of the joy, laughter, and friendship of our school and college years. It's a journey steeped in nostalgia, where every scene evokes memories of carefree times, close friendships, and the bittersweet moments of growing up.
The story itself is refreshingly uncomplicated, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. It leans on the power of reminiscence, weaving a feel-good narrative that will leave you grinning long after the credits roll. The relatable characters and their genuine interactions transport you to a time when life was uncomplicated and full of possibilities. So, dust off your old yearbooks and settle in for a delightful trip down memory lane.

Well I don't really write reviews but this movie really deserves a paragraph.
Beautifully written, the school chaos, the fun, the teenage love and the BOYS MOMENTS.
Well the plot is quite relatable as we all know a b*stard who left the group for a girl and behave wierdly around his girl and a narcissist one well that's the lead star.
It's all about that teen love basically the 90 kids will relate to this.
And the movie revolve around this drama.
The love and hatred and the rush between all these is what this movie's about.
Highly recommended , awesome movie and the casts are top notch...

The trailer of this film itself looked so promising and exciting that I knew I was gonna love it but when I actually watched it, I loved it much much more than I expected!
There's something so special about this movie that keeps you glued to the screen right from the first frame till the end. It is written and directed by Sajid Ali with a lot of heart and passion and that is clearly seen throughout the film. It may not be the same environment you grew up in but surprisingly you'll find it very relatable at many places..at least I did. May be because it talks about these very basic, very pure feelings, experiences that we all go through during our school and college days..it's amazing how it pulls you in so beautifully and after a while you start feeling like you're actually living in that world right now! All the performances are also top notch including the ensemble cast. Adarsh Gourav is very natural and perfectly delivers what's required in his character. Sanjana Sanghi is this little ball of energy that lights up the screen every time she comes on it. But the 'hero' of the film literally in every sense is Rohit Saraf! We all know that he is an amazing performer and has this magical screen presence but what he has done in this film has blown my mind. He has an interesting character arc and he carries the film so beautifully. He portrays so many different emotions with such finesse and ease, the dialogue delivery, the dialect, the body language is on point. Considering it was his first ever feature film that he shot for I think he has done a brilliant job. Special mention for the absolutely beautiful soundtrack. I got to hear such pure, beautiful melodies after a long time and that's definitely a bonus for me.
The film is technically 11 years old and also the time it is set in is 90's..so there are certain things, certain themes, dialogues that are politically incorrect and you will find them regressive but it is understandable , and keeping that aside if you dive into it to enjoy it for it is then I think you'll enjoy it for sure! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed watching #WohBhiDinThe and would highly recommend it to everyone.

It is really a nice movie and request makers to release it in theaters. The story line perfectly focused on teenagers school life. Songs are great-specially banjare and guzarish.
The adpation of jamshedpur language by each actor from John to Gaurav to charu to sanghi is sign of perfection. Acting by all "the then teenagers" was perfect 10/10. The character of paritosh, mishra, topo were very well written and taken up by the actors.
Director showed that a movie can be made with simplicity and audience like movies that they can relate with their daily life and surroundings. Really loved this movie.

Okay so I was looking something to watch with my family nd then I see this name "woh bhi din the", yeah it automatically attracts you, doesn't it?
So I was drawn to the name and i started watching it.. The movie is soooooooo amazing.. I wonder how this movie was not in headlines.. How can such a masterpiece can go unnoticed. Okay so it surely take you back to your school, +2(high school) days.. The essence of first first teenage love, u know seeing someone at your class, that hide and seek looks... And the great bond of friendship, where you do all the fun together..and then there's that one friend who is always there with u, for u.. It is also somewhat realistic in the way that it shows at that age no one is sure what they are doing, Or who they really want, what should be their priority..after watching this movie it reminded me of my magical days of my high school.. Everything was just so connecting.. Though I'm not a 90's kid but I'm really fascinated by those times and the portrayal of that era was perfect... Everything about the film was great.. Storyline ofc and acting was top notch... Really for a second I was he is rohit saraf!!!And really great execution of the script by all the actors... It really brought a big smile to my face... You'll surely like this nostalgic ride if you loved your high school.. Nd hve experienced your first first love there.. Highly recommended from my side.. Go and watch this film enough of going through reviews... You'll surely be happy watching this, the perfect portrayal of life in your teenage I can say.. A MUST WATCH.. NO ONE CAN MISS THIS especially if hve passed 12th nd miss those days.. This movie is for u.

A movie that was shot around 2013 but had a delayed release this year. Movies like this often become obsolete in terms of relevance, but I'm glad this movie is relevant and how.
It's a simple slice-of-life story about teenagers who experience friendships, first love, first kiss, fights, misunderstandings, punishments, and everything else you or I went through in our school days.
The USP of the movie is the relevance of the story, and every scene connects you to it. The screenplay is brilliant as it ties everything together in the most beautiful manner. The story is set in Jamshedpur, and thus the local flavor comes across organically. The friendship between the characters is heartwarming. Even the love angle shown is endearing and cute.
Rohit Saraf was brilliant as the lead and he nailed the nuances of his character. He should have gotten this movie as his launchpad. It would have surely cemented his position in the industry long ago. Adarsh Gaurav as a sidekick makes you root for his character with his amazing performance. Sanjana Sanghi plays the chirpy and full-of-life character with utmost honesty. All other characters, and even the endearing cameo of John Abraham, just make the Sajid Ali's world even more beautiful.
Director Sajid Ali, known for writing Cocktail, Amar Singh Chamkila, and also directing Laila Majnu, has proven himself with this movie again. There is no unnecessary drama or illogical comic sequence. The story is all heart and rightly so, in the right place.
If you loved movies like Chichhore and 3 Idiots for portraying college students and Rockford for early teens, you're surely going to add this movie to that list. Get ready to roll back down memory lane with this gem of a movie, which shouldn't be missed at any cost.
