Happy Friday and welcome to our latest Just Add Ink Challenge. This week our challenge is to 'Add Rainbows'!

I decided this was the perfect challenge to use to make hubby's birthday card however rainbows are usually 'pretty' and 'girly'. I chose a slightly different route with my rainbow and decided on a really bold colour choice that would make it seem a little masculine.

For my card I took inspiration from the horizontal lines of the stairs and paired it with the colour tones of the image to create a special birthday card.

This inspiration picture perfectly suits the weather here in Oz this time of the year as we head in to Autumn. I don't have heaps of weather stamps so I took the colours and theme and made a masculine card.

Happy Friday and welcome to my last Just Add Ink challenge for 2020! I cannot believe this year is nearly over, what a year! Anyway, this week we have been asked to add Magical Creatures to our projects!

When I think of magical creatures I think of unicorns, fairies, withces etc but I don't actually have any of these in my supplies! So, my next thought was imaginary and my idea for a Monster card!

I'm back with a very special card for this week's Just Add Ink Challenge! Jan has asked us to 'Add A Technique'!

My hubby turned 50 just over a month ago and so I wanted to make his card 'extra' special so the technique I chose to use is an Extended Concertina Card, got to love a fancy fold (which I don't do often enough)!

I'm back today to share the card I made for my Dad for Father's Day which we celebrated on Sunday here in Australia.

I was lucky I knew exactly what I wanted to make him this year! Recently for one of our Just Add Ink challenges fellow Design Team member Kim had created THIS card using the Sailing Home stamp set and I wanted to CASE this card because I knew it would be perfect for my Dad.

Wow, the end of another week is upon us, I can't believe how fast this year is flying by! Regardless, we have a new challenge running from today over at Just Add Ink and for this challenge Tina has suggested we add one of the last remaining letters in our letter challenges - Q, X, Y or Z!

I am glad these letters were bundled together to pick from - so NOT easy! I have very little in my stash for any of these letters and my first attempt was going to be a quilt-looking card but yeah, it didn't come together. So the result of my second attempt at one of these letters is my card below.
