Their tech support, while not the fastest, has been diligently working on a minor bug I reported over a month ago. Insightly: A Misfit for Field Service Companies!
I needed a tool to better organize and streamline my boiler service technicians' work and tried Insightly. However, I found it challenging to use it in a user-friendly and effective manner. Despite already using Insightly CRM, Insightly Service couldn't meet my needs for managing my field service group. The design was poor, with no visibility of tasks assigned to each ticket for the Service Administrator, no calendar in the Service App or Portal, and no way to initiate Service Invoices. It also didn't help in differentiating between customers with service contracts.
