Sales professionals accustomed to hands-on, in-person interactions may find it challenging to stay engaged in remote environments. To address this, training must be interactive, flexible, and allow ample time for participants to share insights and ideas. Prioritizing tools like Zoom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, TalentLMS, Articulate 360, and Google Classroom can enhance engagement. Choosing the right tool depends on the training format and desired learning outcomes, ensuring the program meets the needs of remote sales operations.

D'abord, je développeais des modules en ligne accessibles à la demande, permettant aux équipes de se former à leur rythme tout en s'adaptant à leurs horaires. J'intégrerais des formats variés comme des vidéos, des webinaires en direct, et des sessions de Q&A pour garder l'engagement et faciliter les échanges. Pour renforcer l'apprentissage, j'instaurerais des simulations de vente virtuelles, des études de cas pratiques, et des sessions de feedback en temps réel.
