For What's Up Wednesday, we're highlighting the IGNITE 2025 Secondary Transition Leadership Institute at the University of Northern Colorado. This conference was all about stepping into the new school year with passion, purpose, and fresh ideas to reimagine what’s possible in Secondary Transition. Secondary Transition planning provides opportunities for students with disabilities to experience positive post-school outcomes such as higher graduation rate and increased enrollment in colleges and universities. More than a hundred educators gathered to learn from community partners about the opportunities to best help students with disabilities prepare for success after school ends.
