Some of the best B2B SaaS brands in the world trust Animalz to run their content programs. And world-class content requires world-class systems. "We used to have best practices living in Word docs. SOPs, training. Now they live in a Playbook that every piece of content flows through, so the outcomes are consistent." - Ty Magnin, CEO of Animalz With AirOps, quality is baked into every process. Best practices are codified. Client guidelines live in Brand Kits. And with the fundamentals in place, the team is able to focus on ensuring the special touch that Animalz is known for. Watch Ty's full take, and find the full story (featuring Tim Metz) in the comment below.

In fintech, compliance isn't optional. Chime doesn't slow down because of compliance. They build AI agents to scale up the repetitive work while expert reviewers focus on what actually needs their attention. The result: a 3x lift in AI citations, faster execution, and full compliance with legal guardrails. "We can do this faster, but we can also do this well." — Bridget Nelson, AI Search Strategist at Chime When building with new AI tools, trust is everything. Quill knows Chime's brand guidelines, real-time citation data, and legal guardrails. Bridget can quickly test new experiments with brand and legal compliance built into the system. The best use of what we build is not always inside a company. Sometimes it's within the surrounding community. Last week, AirOps sponsored a Buildathon hosted by Suru Labs, and it was especially meaningful to create impact directly here in NYC. We put powerful AI tools in the hands of people doing incredible work alongside United Way, one of the world's largest nonprofit networks that advocates each day for affordable housing, youth education, health access, and financial stability for families in need. Marketers came together to help United Way tell their story by building content with AirOps Playbooks and PlayPlay (one of our customers!). We created donor attraction campaigns, fundraising copy, community impact narratives, and more. This is the kind of work that reminds you what this technology is actually for. When builders, nonprofits, and sponsors show up together, the impact compounds fast. We're so grateful to Suru for creating the space, and to United Way for trusting us to be part of it. Have you seen AI make a real difference in your community? We'd love to hear about it in the comments.

The biggest bottleneck in growth marketing isn't ideas, it's the cost of testing them. Most teams have a backlog of experiments they never run: integration pages, competitor comparisons, new programmatic strategies, content refreshes. Not because the strategy isn't there, but because each one takes weeks to stand up. Bitly's growth team felt that. So they started building with Quill. They describe a Playbook in natural language, upload a page template, and let the agent execute. New page type? New Playbook. Not a new analysis, strategy doc, process, and workflow built by hand (that gets bumped to next quarter, anyway). In their first few weeks, they shipped across multiple content strategies simultaneously. When one works, they scale it. When it doesn't, they found out in days, not months. "AirOps enables us to test out new ideas and demand capture surfaces at much greater velocity than traditional experimentation." - Tyler Roehmholdt, Director of SEO Strategy & Website at Bitly The real unlock isn't producing more content. It's running more bets. Read the full story ↓

Just because a process uses AI doesn't mean it's efficient. SEO teams are hitting the limits of one-off prompts, scattered workflows, and systems that don't get maintained. The next step? Agentic Playbooks that make execution more consistent, connected to data, and easier to manage. Join us on June 11 for a live conversation with growth leaders from Chime, Bitly, and Udemy on how they're shifting from old-school AI workflows to always-on, self-improving agents with Quill. You'll hear from: - Tyler Roehmholdt, Director of SEO Strategy & Website at Bitly - Nicholas King, Sr. SEO and Digital Experience Manager at Udemy - Bridget Nelson, AI Search Strategist at Chime What we'll cover: - The evolution from manual tasks → prompts → workflows → agentic Playbooks - Hands-on demos of Quill's agentic Playbooks in action - How to add guardrails and approvals without creating bottlenecks - Which use cases make the best first wins - How to get buy-in from leadership 📅 June 11 | 12pm ET | Live on Zoom Save your spot →

Every content team is navigating the same tension right now. You need to stay visible in AI search, move fast, and keep publishing. But you can't sacrifice quality, because that's how you earn trust. For Oyster®, that tension is dialed up to the extreme. They help companies hire across 180+ countries, publishing guides on everything from parental leave in Colombia to 13th month pay in the Philippines. Each one is grounded in 1,000+ pages of legal documentation reviewed by employment lawyers. Inaccurate content doesn't just lose rankings. It affects how real workers get treated. Before AirOps, keeping all of that fresh took six weeks per refresh. Now it runs in days: analytics, competitive research, verified legal sources, and Brand Kit built directly into their process. ↗ 230% more clicks on refreshed content ↗ Brand stats in ChatGPT within four days ↗ Nearly 2x traffic on their highest-value hiring guides We took Josephine Cahill, Oyster's Web Lead, on a tour of New York City to hear how her team is winning AI search AND improving quality with AirOps.
