Poe, meet VEO. NEVERMORE, created by Henry Daubrez, marks the first AI-generated film in #VEOWEEK, a series of #VEO3 experiments all proudly #madebydept. VEO3 debuted just last week, but it’s already clear that this latest version of Google’s text-to-video generator is setting a new bar for the quality of AI-generated videography. So, we decided to challenge our creative teams to push the boundaries of what VEO3 is capable of. The results haven’t disappointed. With NEVERMORE, Henry Daubrez, fearless leader and resident AI wizard, took inspiration from a rendition of “The Raven” featured in The Simpsons to concoct his own beautifully generated version of Edgar Allan Poe’s haunting poem.
