Boosted.ai has integrated ElevenLabs’ Agents to create voice-powered research assistants for investment professionals. Portfolio managers and analysts can now speak naturally with their AI research agents, getting fast, accurate answers without switching context. Clients using voice features show higher engagement compared to text-only prompting, and give longer, more descriptive inputs, resulting in richer and more precise outputs.

Last year, we launched our Impact Program to give back voices to individuals with permanent speech loss. It’s now easier than ever for those individuals - or their clinicians - to apply for free voices directly on our website. No codes or payment details are required, removing barriers that too often limit access to assistive technology. We joined the Salesforce team at Dreamforce to talk about conversational agents - and to share the news that ElevenLabs is part of powering the voice of Agentforce.

We used our Agents Platform to build an AI sales agent for our own inbound sales process. It now qualifies 78% of inbound leads end-to-end, creating a faster experience for buyers and freeing our team to focus on more strategic work with customers. Every week, hundreds of people fill out our enterprise sales form, though many have questions already answered in our docs or are better served by our self-serve plans. While our sales team would like to meet with every lead directly, their focus is on enterprise use cases that require customized solutions. They manually review each submission to identify which leads are enterprise-ready. However, many forms have incomplete details which require follow-ups from our team, slowing response times and diverting focus from higher-priority opportunities. To close the gap between demand and our team’s capacity, we used our Agents Platform to build an AI sales representative called “Jon.” Jon speaks 30+ languages and qualifies leads end-to-end, booking meetings in real time and logging each interaction in our CRM. Since launch, Jon now handles the same weekly call volume as two full-time SDRs with the following results: • 78% of leads are qualified end-to-end • 24/7 availability across 38 countries • 8.7/10 CSAT score
