The collaborative workspace where agents and teams think, decide, and build together.

About us

Miro is the collaborative workspace where agents and teams converge to think, decide, and build together. As AI accelerates work, the challenge for organizations isn't doing more; it's turning individual output into scaled impact. Serving more than 100 million users across 250,000 customers, Miro’s shared, secure canvas surfaces the context that empowers teams to solve harder problems, make better decisions, and move work forward faster. Founded in 2011, Miro currently employs 1,600 people in 13 hubs around the world.

Research is a big part of how we work at Miro. Feed Forward is one way we bring it closer to the work. The program gives teams regular opportunities to hear directly from users, bringing those conversations into the product development process earlier and helping research become something more people can take part in. On this episode of How We Work, Dominik Katz and Miro’s UX Research Manager, Josh Morales, get into how Feed Forward works, why research is becoming everyone’s job, and how AI is pushing the role toward prototyping and experimentation. Your best thinking doesn't live in the decision. It lives in the debate that got you there. Miro's Chief Transformation Officer Hryhorii (Grisha) Pavlotskyi calls this the "golden context" — the reasoning, pushback, and rejected alternatives that vanish the moment a meeting ends. Capture it, and every next decision starts smarter. Lose it, and your team starts from zero. Again. "Wait, Miro can do this?" That's what Kusuma S. hears when he runs design thinking workshops — for students, digital nomads, and professionals who've never written a line of code. People arrive with something half-formed in their head, and watch it become an app they can click through. Using his AI-assisted product development flow that runs in Miro and connects with Lovable via MCP, he tackled a problem close to home in Bali: building an app that lets locals report trash in their area and rallies volunteers to help clear it. Robyn has great ideas. Sharing them with the team means finding them first. Miro MCP pulls your thinking in from every AI tool you use to a board, where your whole team can actually see it, build on it, and move it forward. That Netflix tab, however... remains yours.

A good workshop can move fast. The follow-up should too. GitHub’s product team used Miro to turn workshop feedback into organized themes and backlog-ready GitHub issues, cutting a process that took 7+ days to less than one. For Alexandra Yanes, Sr. Product Manager, People Systems at GitHub, the difference is simple: “It has changed how fast we move from idea to action.” See how GitHub is putting AI to work across its teams: https://lnkd.in/es9APfX8

AI is easy to demo. Getting it into how a team actually works is the hard part. That's what 39 product, design and technology leaders came to solve at the first Miro AI Bootcamp in Singapore, a half-day of building real workflows with Miro Flows and Sidekicks, with teams from Government Technology Agency, Keppel, Riot Games and United Overseas Bank in the room. Weeks later at Demo Day, they presented what they'd built. Revathi Vijayamurugan (NCS) and Nicole Tan (Adaptovate) took the stage. A short snippet of what they made with Miro 👇 Thank you everyone who built something real.

What's the last thing your team rebuilt three times before agreeing on it? Your team can build faster than ever right now. So can everyone else's. That's the uncomfortable part of the AI shift nobody talks about enough. Speed stopped being the advantage, but deciding what to build, and staying aligned once you start, is where teams are actually losing ground. On September 17, Douglas Ferguson (CEO, Voltage Control) joins us to unpack his "New Friction" thesis: AI made building cheap and moved the real bottleneck upstream, to deciding, aligning, and giving both people and AI agents the shared context to move together. You'll leave with a working model for the three jobs that decide whether AI makes your team faster, or just busier.

At Endava, shared memory has a home: the canvas. As Wesley Fagan, their Chief Design Officer and SVP of Strategy, put it: "We use Miro as that central touchpoint, where every single piece of context exists in the board space." A coffee conversation, a napkin sketch, a client workshop, the prototypes — all of it lands on the canvas. And through MCP, the boards and the agents in the IDE stay in sync, so engineering always builds from the latest context. 7,000 people at Endava now work this way, from commercial through delivery. Government procurement teams don't take security claims at face value — and they shouldn't. Miro has completed an independent assessment under Australia’s IRAP (Information Security Registered Assessors Program), helping government teams spend less time on duplicate security reviews and move procurement conversations forward with more confidence. For agencies looking to expand into more sensitive workloads, it’s another important piece of the foundation.
