I took over the Wix page today to share a bit about our new AI Custom Agent and how to get the most out of it. ↳ Be ridiculously specific with your instructions. Vague requests get vague results. Instead of “send emails to customers,” try “Every Monday, find contacts who haven’t ordered in 30 days, create a 10% discount coupon, and send a personalized return email.” The more detail, the better your agent performs. ↳ Think recurring dashboard tasks, not site design. Your agent excels at business operations in your Wix Dashboard - inventory tracking, customer follow-ups, sales reports, and even content creation like writing blog posts. It can’t touch your site editor, so focus on the behind-the-scenes work and content that eats up your time every week. ↳ Start with timing, end with outcomes. Always begin with frequency (“Every week,” “Whenever a booking…”) and finish with the exact result you want (“send report to my email,” “send coupon code”).
