TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the subscription and payment terms of the LUDIZ Service.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

LUDIZ is published by Skillfab, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 952 265 189, with its registered office at 14 rue de l’Aubrac – 75012 Paris, France.

2. Offers and Purchase Options

The Service is offered under the plans below. The details of each plan (AI-generated games, publications, players per game, workspaces, collaborators, features) are shown on the Pricing page (www.ludiz.com/pricing) and in the editor at the time of subscription.

2.1 Free plan

No credit card and no time limit. It allows unlimited game building and testing the games oneself, with 1 AI-generated game and 1 AI-generated image for life. It does not allow publishing a game.

2.2 Subscriptions

  • Creator: €9 incl. VAT per month, or €90 incl. VAT per year
  • Pro: €29 incl. VAT per month, or €290 incl. VAT per year
  • Team: €890 incl. VAT per year (annual only)
  • Toolbox: €1,290 incl. VAT per year (annual only), plus €6 incl. VAT per published game

Monthly plan: no commitment, automatic monthly renewal.

Annual plan: 12-month binding commitment, one-time payment, automatic renewal.

The monthly quotas included in each subscription (AI-generated games, publications, videos) renew every month; unused quotas do not roll over.

2.3 Enterprise

For specific needs (player volumes, white label, dedicated support), an offer is made on quote.

End of Subscription

At the end or upon termination:

  • the account remains accessible, with the features of the Free plan,
  • published experiences remain accessible within the player count and/or duration limits defined at publication.

3. Overages

When a game reaches the number of players included in the plan:

  • if the Client has enabled extra billing, each additional player is billed €0.12 incl. VAT;
  • otherwise, new players can no longer start the game, which stays online.

The Client can set a monthly spending limit for these charges and, with the Toolbox plan, for publications.

No charges are incurred without the Client’s voluntary action.

4. Payment

Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT.

Payment may be made:

  • by credit card via the platform,
  • or by invoice.

In case of non-payment, LUDIZ may suspend access to the Service.

5. Termination

Monthly Subscription

Termination is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current period.

Annual Subscription

12-month binding commitment.
No early refund.

6. Force Majeure

LUDIZ shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure.

7. Modification of the T&Cs

Modifications may be made with 30 days’ notice.

8. Governing Law

French law applies.
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
