Boom Box is one of Mona's microgames found in the Strange folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!. The game was designed by Goro Abe and was inspired by an occurrence where he saw fireworks while going to his parent's house.[1]

Gameplay[edit]

There is a white square near the center of the screen. A firework will fly up, and the player must press the A Button button when it overlaps with the square to detonate it and win. The square becomes red while the firework is inside it.

  • Level 1: The box is large.
  • Level 2: The box is around 23 of its original height.
  • Level 3: The box is around 13 of its original height.

Naming[edit]

Its name is a pun on boombox and "boom", onomatopoeia for an explosion.
