Cointagious is a 4-Player coin-collecting minigame in Mario Party 7.
Overview[edit]
The minigame begins with four Dice Blocks appearing above the players.
The goal is to collect as many coins as possible within 20 seconds by hitting the Dice Blocks, which roll from zero to three. The number given when a Dice Block is hit determines the respective number of coins that are rewarded to the player. Any coins players receive are added to their coin inventory afterward.

In-game text[edit]
- Rules – "Hit the Dice Block to earn the same number of coins as the number rolled."
- Advice – "You can hit the Dice Block many times. Jump, jump, jump!"
