A Fried Egg is an item that appears in the Paper Mario series. The various cooks in the games can make one when provided with an egg of some sort. A Fried Egg replenishes ten HP and sells for seven Coins.

In Paper Mario, Tayce T. can make a Fried Egg with an Egg found at Mt. Rugged. This effectively doubles how much HP the item heals.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Zess T. can make a Fried Egg with a Mystic Egg found in the Great Boggly Tree. Besides the change in the type of egg, the item is unchanged from its prior appearance. Additionally, in the first intermission with Bowser, Kammy Koopa asked him if he liked Fried Eggs.

In Super Paper Mario, Saffron can make a Fried Egg with a Big Egg obtained from various enemies. In this game, it restores fifteen HP and also cures poison.
