Inky Sauce is a healing item in the Paper Mario series.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and its remake, the item can be created by Zess T. by mixing Hot Sauce with another ingredient (often a liquid), and is described as a "nasty juice", possibly because of its bad taste or because of its use in the making of the Poison Shroom. An Inky Sauce heals thirty FP.

In Super Paper Mario, Inky Sauces are occasionally dropped by Bloopers. It restores 3 HP.
