Tetu Kantera are enemies that appear in Yoshi's New Island. They are metallic variants of Mega Kantera that slowly move back and forth across thorn-covered ground, damaging Yoshi on contact. If Yoshi jumps on one, he simply bounces off. Tetu Kantera can be defeated with a Mega Eggdozer or by swallowing them and turning them into a Metal Eggdozer, similarly to Metal Guys. Only one Tetu Kantera appears in the game, alongside a Mega Kantera in Bandit Valley.
