Merlow è un giovane Sciamago apparso solo in Paper Mario. È presentato come il fratello minore di Merlastra (e quindi anche della sua gemella Merluna) e vive con lei nella grande casa al Colle Stella.

Merlow può essere trovato al piano di sopra della casa, dove vende a Mario delle tessere rare in cambio di Scheggiastelle. A giudicare dal suo aspetto e dalla descrizione di Goombario, Merlow sembra essere molto giovane, forse di età simile al Goomba.

In Paper Mario: Il Portale Millenario, il ruolo di Merlow è svolto da un personaggio di nome Collezionastro.
