Online Return Policy

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. The refund process can take 7-10 business days upon package arrival to our return department. Once processed you will receive an email notification about your return/exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The product must be unopened in original packaging, with the product tag attached and in resellable condition.

The products listed below, but not limited, are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return/exchange. Please refer to product page for final sale indication.

Final sale items:

  • Furniture (bed frames, mattresses, sofas, body fit cushions, etc.)
  • Soft Goods (bedding, duvets, blankets, towels, etc.)
  • Innerwear (bras, underwear, etc)
  • Food & Beverage
  • Embroidered or laser engraved items

Store Return Policy

Return Policy

Merchandise purchased may be returned or exchanged at any MUJI U.S.A. store location within 30 days from the purchase date on the receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be issued without a receipt. We do not offer store credit.

A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Gift Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased at MUJI U.S.A. brick & mortar stores that are new, unused and in their original packaging may be exchanged with a gift receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.


MUJI reserves the right to deny any return & exchange based on the condition of the merchandise. Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
