Target audience
This course is intended for:

  • Individuals holding a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification

The training prepares candidates for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is encompassed in the course. This certification validates an updated understanding of the ITIL framework and underpins further professional growth in service management.

Participant readiness expectations

Candidates must hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No additional preparatory steps are required prior to attending the course.

Assessment procedure

Learners are issued an exam voucher valid for six months, providing flexibility in choosing an appropriate exam date.
Following the completion of the training, participants will receive guidance on registering for the exam. Scheduling is managed directly via the PeopleCert platform using an individual account. The assessment is delivered online under remote supervision. A PeopleCert proctor oversees the session through a webcam and secure connection. Prior to commencement, participants must verify their identity and display their surroundings to adhere to examination protocols.

  • Format: Multiple-choice assessment (20 questions) 
  • Passing threshold: 65% (minimum of 13 correct responses)
  • Resources: Closed-book examination
