Available on NYC Housing Connect are 351 units for residents from 40 to 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $20,160 to $183,300.

The chief executive officer of telecom company Altice, Dexter Goei, has filed applications to convert the three-story, 11-unit residential building at 138-140 West 11th Street, in Greenwich Village, into a single-family mansion.
