Pancake

Mix 500g wheat flour, 5-6 beaten eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, 3/4L milk, 1/4L water and rum or cognac. Let batter stand for 2 hours before cooking pancakes. For Pancake 2, mix 1L milk, 12 eggs, 400g flour, 100g sugar, and 15g salt.

Pancake 1

Mix 500 g sifted wheat flour with 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoured sugar, 5 – 6 beaten eggs,
and a small pinch of salt. Gradually stir in ¾ liter milk and ¼ liter water.flavour with
small glass of rum, cognac, caldavos, or grand marnier, depending on recipe. Finally,
add 40 g ( 3 tbspn ) melted butter, or a mixture of 25 g (2tbspn) melted butter and 2 tbspn
oil. Leave the batter to stand for 2 hours. Just before serving pancake dilute the batter
with a little water or milk.

Pancake 2

1 liter fresh milk


12 biji telor
400 gr tepung
100 gr gula pasir
15 gr garam
