Pancake 1
Mix 500 g sifted wheat flour with 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoured sugar, 5 – 6 beaten eggs,
and a small pinch of salt. Gradually stir in ¾ liter milk and ¼ liter water.flavour with
small glass of rum, cognac, caldavos, or grand marnier, depending on recipe. Finally,
add 40 g ( 3 tbspn ) melted butter, or a mixture of 25 g (2tbspn) melted butter and 2 tbspn
oil. Leave the batter to stand for 2 hours. Just before serving pancake dilute the batter
with a little water or milk.

400 gr tepung
100 gr gula pasir
15 gr garam
