• How to make German Pancakes.

Ingredients needed =
For 5 big pancakes or 8-10 smaller sized pancakes you will need.

300 Gr flour
150gr milk
2 Eggs
A little bit of water (maybe around 200ml)
Butter or oil so the pancake doesnt stick to the pan

For cooking/making the panckes you will need =

A pan
A mixing bowl
A whisk
A spatula to flip the pancakes.

Procedure =

1. First lay out all the ingredients and Kitchenware so you

dont get confused and look for an ingredient later.

2. Crack both eggs into the mixing bowl and stir untill you
feel comfortable .

3. Pour in around 200 – 250 grams of flour, make sure to not

use all 300grams you had instantly here.

4.Start mixing the flour and eggs, while mixing the flour and
eggs add 10 0ml of the milk and save the rest for later. The
milk will prevent the pancake mix to become rough and
hard.
5. Continue mixing and add water, the water quantity will
depend on however much you feel is right.

6. After mixing for a little while the Pancake Mix will be liquid
like and thats good. Now you load the rest of the ingredients
into the mix and mix it until it becomes a good liquid form
without any small plumps.

7.Heat up the pan to around medium heat and grease the

pan with either oil or butter.

8.When the pan is ready pour a little bit of the pancake mix
onto the pan and try to get a circle shape and leave it on the
pan first.

9.When the pancake is ready on one side you flip it onto the
other side with the spatula, You can know when the pancake
is ready when it has a gold-brow colour to it.

10.Now you can server the pancake and eat it with lots of
different toppings such as : Chocolate jam, strawberry jam,
any other jam, berries, maple syrup and others.
