Nancy De Filippis completed a teaching placement from September 2 to October 24, 2014 at St. Wilfrid Catholic School teaching Grade 8. Her associate teacher was Dom Petta. According to the final report, Nancy excelled in building rapport with students, communicating clearly, demonstrating strong subject knowledge, and professionalism. She also displayed exemplary classroom management and planning skills. The associate teacher was very pleased with Nancy's performance and believes she will make an excellent teacher.

Nancy did an outstanding job in her Grade 8 placement. I am very excited about her being a future teacher as she will make an
excellent educator. Her love for the students and her professionalism with staff members are a key combination to making an

when necessary. Nancy pays particular attention to transition times and students move quietly to assigned tasks.
