2.1 Aim

To design a multifunctional 5 star resort in Chepala Kancheru ,Visakhapatnam, Andhra

2.2 Objective

To develop all required facility for the tourist in a resort.

To develop architectural amalgamation of various styles.

To enhance the importance of cultural heritage site.

2.3 Limitation
Considering the proposed Master Plan, This thesis project is confined to only
accommodation facility integrated with 5 Star facilities such as indoor and outdoor
game area, landscape area, and 5 Star Beach Resort, Infinity Pool ,Food court. Spa.

The selected site is a part of proposed master plan of sun ray beach plots in chepala
kancheru, visakhapatanam. Considering the cultural importance of the site and
requiremnt of the anticipated project, respective site has been selected for thesis project.
Area 151911.85 sq mts (37.8 acre)

5 FUTUTE PROSPECT
The thesis project will focus on the design aspects of an accommodation facility with
multiple recreational/amusement facility. Since the place attracts more of foreign
tourist , local people s; the design will also consist of various architectural site. The
resort will be more like a holiday destination, but it will maintain the cultural
importance of site.
