Sweet Day Ma’am,

I regretfully inform you that I will be resigning from the position of Quality Assurance Assistant
from Staff Search Asia Cooperative effective on January 2019. Although working with Red
Ribbon has been a pleasure, due to certain unavoidable personal reasons my presence is required
elsewhere. I apologize for this decision to be abrupt and do hope that my leaving will not cause
you or Staff Search Asia Cooperative (SSA) any inconvenience.
I have enjoyed being part of Staff Search Asia Cooperative and my tenure has been very
rewarding. I appreciate the experiences and opportunities that I have embarked upon here. Thank
you for allowing me to execute the work of Quality Assurance Assistant. It helped me realize my
creative abilities and also instilled immense confidence in me, as far as execution of projects and
decisions is concerned. The staff and colleagues here have been very helpful and I will miss
them all. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my worked as a Quality Assurance Assistant
without your help.
I will do all I can to ensure that my leaving is as smooth a transition, as possible. Please let me
know if I can assist in anything specific. I hope to stay in touch. Had it not been this sudden,
inevitable personal reason, I would have never preferred to leave. Wishing you and the company
nothing but the best.
