Subject: Resignation Letter.

Dear Sir,

I wish to formally notify you that I am resigning from my current position as an Assistant Manager -
Ad Operations bearing the employee ID NOL 715 at NTV Online. My last day will be October 31,
2019.
It has been a privilege working with such dynamic team for the past 5 years. Thank you for the
opportunity you have given me. And I am much delighted for the professional and personal
development that NTV has assisted me with during these times. But I feel, for further career
development it is time to move on.
As detailed within my contract of employment, I hereby addressing a 1 month notice period. I’ll do
everything possible to wrap up my duties and train other team members over the next 30 days. Please
let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help during this transition.
I would really appreciate your understanding. I have learned a lot during my tenure here, but it's very
important that I make this career move while I still have the chance.
I do hope we can stay in touch as business colleagues, and I look forward to hearing about how the
company progresses in the future.
