KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, we Sps, JUAN AYUSO CONDE AND JOSEPHINE ARRIOLA CONDE, who are of
legal age, married, Filipinos residents of Trinity Plaza, Tower 1, Gonzales Compound,
Gorordo Avenue, Kamputhaw Cebu City, Philippines constitute and appoint REYNALDO
A FRANCO, also of legal age, married and a resident of Lopez Jaena Street, Ormoc City,
Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney, to do and perform for and in our behalf,
name, place and stead, the following acts and things, to wit:
1. To receive the check payment from PAG IBIG FUND, in our behalf for the sale of our property
with TCT 121- 2015000296 of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Leyte containing an
area of TEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THREE ( 10,423 ) square meters, located in
Brgy Dolores, Ormoc City.
2. To sign the Deed of Sale with the above buyer in our behalf for the property described above

3. To submit whatever documentary requirements the abovesaid offices may prescribe and to
receive for and in my behalf any document in relation to the above-mentioned transactions;
4. To do or undertake any other acts necessary for the attainment of the above undertakings.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or caused to be done by virtue of these presents.
