Barangay-Supermarket Calamity Fund Agreement

This memorandum of agreement is between Barangay Camposanto 1 Norte and Moncada Supermarket. It allows the barangay to set aside 5% of its regular income for a calamity fund and purchase grocery items on credit from the supermarket for relief operations during emergencies. MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This agreement made and entered into this ___________ of


_______________________ 2018 bin Moncada, Tarlac Philippines by and between:

The BARANGAY CAMPOSANTO 1 NORTE, a government unit with principal place


business at the Office of the Punong Barangay at Moncada, Tarlac represented
herein by the Punong Barangay AGAPITO G. BENITEZ

And

The MONCADA SUPERMARKET with the business addressed at Poblacion 1,


Moncada, Tarlac represented by Edwin Co

-WITNESSETH-

1. Under the Barangay Camposanto 1 Norte, Moncada, Tarlac are authorized to


set aside 5% of their regular income for Calamity Fund to ensure prompt and
efficient delivery of basic services in time of calamities.
2. Relative to the aforesaid, the EDCO Trading is implementing a Grocery Loan
a Grocery Loan Program wherein Barangay CAMPOSANTO 1 NORTE are
allowed to purchased Grocery on Credit from said Supermarket.
3. Under the program, the Grocery Loan is intended for relief operations
wherever a state calamity is declared in the locality and stockpiling in
preparation for eventualities/ emergencies that may occur at any given time.
4. That both the BARANGAY CAMPOSANTO 1 NORTE and EDCO Trading bind
themselves to commit this Agreement.
5. That this agreement takes effect upon signing of signatures by the both
parties concerned.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affix their signatures on the
date and at the place first above-written
