            Specification of Provision Refrigeration System
  1.) Technical Specifications for Provision Plant
      The Provision Condensing Unit for provision stores is specifically designed
      exclusively for marine use with sea water-cooled condenser. Factory engineered
      and assembled to ensure a perfectly balanced refrigeration system. These compact
      units require minimum labor for installation at site.
      The refrigeration system consists of two (2) condensing units. Each condensing
      unit will be capable of maintaining the specified temperature at full load no more
      than 18 hours per day .the other unit acts as stand by.
      Both units are to be in service during cooling down period to the specified
      temperature for 24 hours or less.
      The refrigeration machine works automatically with direct expansion on R404A
      refrigerant. The refrigerating chambers will be cooled by means of unit cooler and
      will maintain automatically at specified temperature. Defrosting system will be
      provided for freezer room unit cooler with electric heaters in coil, drain pan and
      drain pipe. It will be controlled automatically by defrost timer or manually
      operated.

         • Coil is built with internal grooved cooper tube and aluminum fins with 4
             or 7 spacing, the coil is completed with a multiple injection system by
             means of venturi type distribution head for thermostatic expansion valve
             Casing is built totally in aluminum, white plastic-coated, corrosion
             resistant impact and scratchproof. Drip tray with inter metal sheet to
             eliminate condensation.

       Electric panel which consist of all electric components and starters for start/stop of
       compressors, automatic and manual operations, necessary interlock to prevent
       starting and/or tripping the compressors in the event of failure of the draft fan
       mounted on the freezer and chiller rooms coil cooler units, overloading of
       compressor, high pressure safety cut out and defrosting timer for the automatic
       defrosting of the freezer coils. The start/stop push buttons, indicating lamps on
       solenoid valves activation, fault lamps and auto/manual selector switch shall be
       displayed on the external of the panel.
   10) 1 set of digital thermostat & thermometer panel as per drawing
