JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Driver


Department : Human Resources
Reports to : Human Resources Officer
Main purpose of post: To drive Agency Vehicles in order to facilitate mobility of staff and
materials.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Grade 12 certificate, valid driving license with 4 years experience.

KEY OUTPUTS OF POST

OUTPUT : Drove Vehicle.


DEFINITION : Drives vehicles to assigned destination in order to deliver staff and/or
materials.
KEY RECEIVER : Human Resources Officer

OUTPUT : Cleaned Vehicle


DEFINITION : Cleans Agency vehicles to ensure that they are presentable.

OUTPUT : Checked Vehicle.


DEFINITION : Checks vehicle’s condition in order to detect and report faults and ensure
it is roadworthy.

OUTPUT : Maintained Log Book


DEFINITION : Records mileage and destination to ensure that there is no abuse of
Agency vehicles.
