REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MAY EJOC VERSCHEURE , of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Tuka, Mamasapano,
Maguindanao, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the same and identical person who executed this revocation of Special
Power of Attorney;

2. That I have executed a Special Power of Attorney in favor of Frances Cherries


Concepcion to perform the following acts and things to wit:

a. To sign execute any and all documents necessary in relation to the


purchase with SM Development Corporation SHORE T2 1754, SHORE 2
Residences, Seaside Blvd, Pasay Metro Manila

b. To receive all documents such as official receipts, notarized Contract to


Sell , Deed of Absolute Sale, Title, tax Declaration, Certificate of Full
Payment and other related documents

c. To issue postdate checks for the monthly amortization and other


payments;

d. To accept turn-over of the said unit and settlement of payments when


needed;

3. That such Special Power of Attorney dated January 01, 2019 was issued in favor
of Frances Cherrie Concepcion.

4. That I hereby revoke such Special Power of Attorney and withdraw all the
powers that I granted to Frances Cherrie Concepcion.
