(P 387,852.95) excluding the penalty.

PDI has given you more than enough leeway in addition to the grace period to pay the
outstanding installments payments to PDI but you failed.

Accordingly, please be informed that effective 30 days from receipt, we are cancelling the deed
of sale, assignment or any deeds in relation to your unit.
