Responsibilities

Superitendent is responsible for all works to be performed in accordance with this


procedure.

Supervisor is responsible to implement and control the field works ensuring the work is
executed according to this procedure.

Foreman is responsible to control the filed crew and to maintain close contact with the
Supervisor’s instruction.

Site supervision will be responsible for practical implementation and compliance with the
loss prevention, Health and Safety Plan.

Indonesia Power Engineer and Subcontractor Field Engineer are responsible for ensuring
construction aids are installed in a manner, which support safe constructability.

4. Installation Procedure

4.1 Risk Assesment


Prior to the execution of the installation work for Installation of Transformers,
Supervisor or Foreman in-charge shall ensure the following risk assessment is performed:

a. The tools used are suitable and safe to use.


b. Supervisor or Foreman is present at work site,
c. Scaffolding when used is confirmed "Tagged for Use" by authorized person.
d. Safety harness are being used by personnel working on high-elevated platform.
e. Suitable fire extinguishers are available in the area.
f. Precautionary warning signs for this type of work place are visibly kept in place.
g. Hot Work Permit system is applicable in all buildings

4.2 Receiving, Storage, Hauling of Materials


When the equipment is delivered to the site, every materials should be checked
against the packing list to be sure all parts have been received. An examination should be
made for any damage that may have been sustained during shipment. If damages
resulting from transport, claims the forwarding agent and report to Indonesia Power.

If immediately installation is not schedule after inspection and inventory, the


equipment should be stored in a protected area.

4.3 Confirmation of The Site Condition


Confirm the site situations for its readiness to commence the installation works
of lighting. Supervisor should confirm the enough space to set lifting equipment for
installaton works. If there is any problem that will cause disorder of Transformer
installation works at site, notify to Indonesia Power engineer.

1. PREBORING METHOD
STRAIGHT BORING
1. Check verticality, start preboring.

2. During preboring, interval 1m preboring must be check verticality.

3. Design depth of preboring is shown in attachment.

 Axis of auger must be straightness with ladder

 After the penetration, theodolite operator can't be expected to guide the straightness of pile

 Unting- unting + Theodolite  enough
