Overview:
Provides station training to new Team Member trainees in a New Store
Opening Environment.
 Serves in a leadership and training/coaching role to Team Members
while executing each aspect of the job to Standards of Excellence
 Functions as Team Member change agent for all communications,
initiatives, projects, and programs as directed by RM, NSO Team
Leader & OSM
 Directs all aspects of the learning process for new Team Members

Responsibilities
 Train and validate all Team Members in their position. This training
may include classroom as well as on-the-job training methods
 Assist the Management Team as necessary

Skills/Qualifications
 Must be a validated Coach
 21 years of age
 Demonstrates proficient skills and knowledge in current position
 Currently active in training new Team Members in their home
restaurant
 Works effectively in stressful situations
 Possesses strong oral communication skills
 Projects an air of confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism
 Possesses decision making capabilities and uses good judgment
 Ability to make a one year commitment to travel on behalf of the
Company
 Ability to accept temporary work assignments away from home
restaurant for 3-4 weeks at a time
